Given a finite directed quiver \(Q\), one can associate the so-called twisted double \({\mathcal A}(Q)\) of the path algebra \(kQ\). Since \({\mathcal A}(Q)\) is a quasi-hereditary algebra, it is natural to look for a description of its characteristic tilting module and for its Ringel dual (that is, the endomorphism algebra of this tilting module, which is again a quasi-hereditary algebra). In the paper under review, the author shows how to construct the characteristic tilting module for this case and describes its Ringel dual.
