The paper starts from the observation that parametrized field theory in Minkowski space-time and the canonical formalism of general relativity have an analogous structure insofar as both possess super-Hamiltonian and super-momentum constraints. This motivates the authors to consider them in the framework of the Bohm-de Broglie interpretation by means of analogous methods. In the first part, the constraints algebra of parametrized scalar field theory in Minkowski space is shown also to follow from a Teitelboim result concerning the relation of the space-time structure and the constraints algebra. Afterwards, the model of a scalar field in a flat space-time is studied. Following the Dirac procedure, the theory is quantized, and its Bohm-de Broglie interpretation is presented. Proceeding along the lines, the authors arrive at a Hamiltonian that is consistent for any quantum potential and show, for a concrete example, that the loss of Lorentz invariance of individual events is caused by a break of constraints algebra. In the second part, a similar procedure is applied for the quantization of canonical general relativity. Following the approach of their previous work, the authors complete the results obtained there by showing the consistency of the theory for any quantum potential.
