Let \(X\) and \(Y\) be topological spaces. This interesting paper deals with the unique topology \({\mathcal T}_+\) on \(X\times Y\) such that if \(Z\) is a topological space and \(f:X\times Y\to Z\) is a function, then \(f\) is separately continuous if and only if \(f\) is \({\mathcal T}_+\)-continuous. The authors investigate properties of \({\mathcal T}_+\). In particular they consider situations under which \({\mathcal T}_+\) is regular or normal.
