Seien \(g\) und \(2\leq h\in \mathbb{N}\). Eine Menge \(A\subseteq \mathbb{N}\) heißt eine \(B_h[g]\)-Folge, wenn für jedes \(m\in \mathbb{N}\) die Gleichung \[ m= x_1+\cdots+ x_h, \quad x_1\leq\dots\leq x_h, \quad x_i\in A \] höchstens \(g\) verschiedene Lösungen hat. Sei \(F_h(g,N)\) die maximale Größenordnung einer \(B_h[g]\)-Folge, die im Intervall \([1,N]\) enthalten ist. Es wird die Abschätzung \[ F_2(g,N)\leq 1,864 (g,N)^{1/2}+1 \] gezeigt und eine Abschätzung für \(F_h(g,N)\) \((h>2)\) gegeben. Ferner wird eine \(B_h[g]\)-Folge konstruiert, die eine Abschätzung für \(F_2(g,N)\) nach unten liefert.
