Let \(B=(b_{nk})\) be a non-negative regular matrix and \(K \subseteq N=\{1,2, \dots\}\). If there exists \[ \delta_B(K)= \lim_{n\to \infty} \sum^\infty_{k=1} b_{nk}\chi(k) \] \(\chi\) being the characteristic function of \(K\), then \(\delta_B(K)\) is said to be the \(B\)-density of \(K\). This is a natural generalization of the notion of asymptotic density. Let \(p>0\), \(p\) real and put \[ W(B,p)=\left \{x= (x_k): \lim_{n\to\infty} \sum^\infty_{k=1} b_{nk}|x-L|^p=0 \text{ for some } L\right\}, \] this is the set of all strongly \(B\)-summable sequences with index \(p>0\). Let \(c_B(b)\) denote the bounded summability domain of the matrix \(B\). As usual, \(\ell_\infty\) denotes the set of all bounded sequences. The authors investigate inclusion relations between the spaces \(W(T,p)\) and \(c_A(b)\), where \(T\) and \(A\) are non-negative regular matrices. They show, among others, that the inclusion \[ W(T,p)\cap \ell_\infty \subseteq c_A(b) \tag{*} \] holds if and only if every subset \(K\) of \(N\) with \(T\)-density zero has also \(A\)-density zero. Using the concept of \(A\)-statistical Tauberian rate they give a sufficient condition under which the inclusion (*) does not hold.
