The authors classify, up to isotopy, the foliations which are limits of isotopic compact foliations on three-dimensional manifolds. Moreover they describe a method of construction for these foliations when the ambient space is a closed connected oriented three-dimensional manifold which admits a fibration over \(S^1\).
