It is well-known that the arithmetic theory of orthogonal groups over dyadic local fields is much more difficult than that over non-dyadic local fields. There are two main reasons for this. (1) The Jordan decomposition of lattices is not unique. (2) The orthogonal basis of lattices does not always exist. In this paper, the author computes the integral spinor norms of integral orthogonal groups over dyadic local fields. In order to overcome the difficulty (2), the author introduces so called BONGs and formulates the results in terms of BONGs. Such computation is also based on several previous works including generation problem for integral orthogonal groups.
