The aim of the paper is to study the Dirac equation in the Bertotti-Robinson spacetime with charge coupling without a cosmological constant. The author: (a) presents the basic Dirac equation using the Newman-Penrose formalism, (b) gives explicitly the solution of the angular part, (c) shows that the axial part of the Dirac equation reduces to a Riccati type differential equation, (d) studies the behaviour of the potentials and the asymptotic solutions of the axial Dirac equation.
