The purpose of this paper is to study the controllability for a second-order differential inclusion in a Banach spaces. This relies on a fixed-point theorem for condensing maps due to Martelli. The authors consider the damping term \(x'(\cdot)\) and find a control \(u\) such that the solution satisfies \(x(T)=x^{1}\) and \(x'(T)=y^{1}.\)
