The author deals with internal structures of different materials, with different processes in the structure, and with internal strains and stresses which the author uses as tensorial latent variables. The applications to metallic materials showed good agreement of model prediction with experiments for plastic deformation of thin-walled tubes even under very complicated loading paths. In the present study, general transversely isotropic mesomechanical model is used for the description of concrete under complicated loading paths -- combinations of compression and torsion.
