    The authors consider multiple integral solutions of \(n\)th order differential equations of the form \[ y^{(n)}(x)-\sum_{r=0}^p a_rx^ry^{(r)}(x)=0,\quad n>p>0,\tag{\(*\)} \] where the coefficients \(a_r\) are real numbers, and \[ y^{(n)}(x)-x^p y(x)=0,\quad p>0.\tag{\(**\)} \] The solution of \((*)\) is given by \[ y(x,s)=\int^\infty_0 \int^\infty_0\dots\int^\infty_{0} t_{1}^{a_1} t_{2}^{a_2}\dots t_p^{a_p}e^{sxt_1t_2\dots t_p-(1/n)(t_1^n+t_2^n+\dots+t_p^n)} dt_1 dt_2\dots dt_p, \] where \(s^n = a_p.\) The solution of \((**)\) is given by \[ \begin{multlined} y(x,s)= \int^\infty_0 \int^\infty_0 \dots \int^\infty_0 t_1^{-1+1/(n+p)} t_2^{-1+2/ (n+p)}\dots t_p^{-1+p/(n+p)}\\ e^{sx(t_1 t_2\dots t_p)^{1/(n+p)}-(t_1+t_2+\dots+t_p)/(n+p)}dt_1dt_2\dots dt_p,\end{multlined} \] where \(s\) is a root of \(s^{n+p}-1=0.\) The asymptotic expansion of the solutions \(y(x, s)\) are obtained. It is shown that the integrals representing the solutions of \((*)\) and \((**)\) may be transformed into special cases of the multidimensional Faxen integral, whose asymptotics have been given recently by \textit{R. B. Paris} and \textit{G. V. Liakhovetski} [Fract. Calc. Appl. Anal. 3, No. 1, 63--73 (2000; Zbl 1036.41019)].
