Let \(\mathfrak{g}\) denote an affine Kac-Moody Lie algebra of type \(C_n^{(1)}\), and let \(U_q(\mathfrak{g})\) be the quantized universal eneveloping algebra of \(\mathfrak{g}\). By suitably modifying a construction of Jimbo, Misra, Miwa, and Okado, the author defines Fock space representations of \(U_q(\mathfrak{g})\), via Young diagrams, and gives the crystal base of \(\mathcal F(\Lambda_k)\).
