Projections of convex bodies and the Fourier transform (Q1885601): Difference between revisions

The authors extend the Fourier analytic approach to sections of convex bodies to projections of convex bodies, establish a formula expressing the volume of hyperplane projections in terms of the Fourier transform of the curvature function, and present the projections counterparts of several results for convex bodies.
