    The author proves that every solution of the super-linear \(n\)th-order neutral delay differential equation \[ [x(t)-px(t-T)]^{(n)} + Q(t)| x(t-\gamma )| ^{\alpha-1} x(t-\gamma)=0,\quad t\geq t_0, \] oscillates when \(0<p<1\) and \(\lim\limits_{t\rightarrow\infty} \inf[Q(t)\exp(-e^{\lambda t})]>0\), \(\lambda >0\), and \(n\geq 1\) is an odd integer.
