The author extends the theory of spectral analysis of linear periodically time-varying con\-tin\-u\-ous-time systems to find the steady-state solution of periodically time-varying discrete-time systems. The method is based on a general transformation matrix and is shown to be rapidly convergent for systems having smooth variations.
