A notion of an integral TQFT is defined in this paper. It is shown that the \(\text{SO}(3)\) TQFT at an odd prime p gives rise to a functor from a somewhat restricted 3-cobordism category to the category of free finitely generated modules over a ring of cyclotomic integers. Applications for prime power order simple cyclic covers of 3-manifolds are discussed.
