In the domain \(D=D^+\cup J\), where \(D^+=\{(x,y):x>0,y>0\}\) and \(I=\{(x,y): x>0,y=0\}\), the author consider the problem of finding a harmonic function \(u(x,y)\in C(\overline D)\cap C^1(D)\) that vanishes at infinity and for \(x=0\) and satisfies the condition \[ \biggl(u_y (x,y)-\gamma_1u_x(x,y)-\gamma_2u_x \bigl(\alpha(x),y\bigr) \biggr) |_{y=0,x>0}=f(x). \] Here \(f(x)\in C^{(1, \lambda)}[0,+\infty)\), \(0<\lambda\leq 1\), is absolutely integrable on \([0,+\infty)\); \(\alpha(x)\) is an orientation-preserving homeomorphism of the line \(J\) onto itself such that \(\alpha(\alpha(x))=x\); the derivative \(\alpha' (x)\) exists, is nonzero everywhere on \(J\), and satisfies a Hölder condition; \(0<\gamma_2<\gamma_1\) constants.
