A complete isotopy classification of tight contact structures on Seifert manifolds over the torus \(T^{2}\) with one singular fibre is given. A brief presentation of this classification is the following: Let \(T(e_{0})\) be the circle bundle over \(T^{2}\) with Euler class equal to \(e_{0} \in \mathbb{Z}\) and denote by \(M(e_{0},r)\) the Seifert manifold obtained by \(\left(-\frac{1}{r}\right)\)-surgery along a fibre of \(T(e_{0})\), where \(r \in (0,1) \cap \mathbb{Q}\). The tight contact structures on \(M(e_{0},r)\) and \(T(e_{0})\) split into two families, according to their behavior with respect to the finite coverings induced by a finite covering of \(T^{2}\). These are: generic (which remain tight after pulling back to such coverings) and exceptional (which become overtwisted). The set of isotopy classes of generic tight contact structures on \(M(e_{0},r)\) splits into infinitely many sub-families parametrised by the isotopy classes of the generic tight contact structures on \(T(e_{0})\). Each sub-family contains finitely many isotopy classes of tight contact structures which are obtained by Legendrian surgery on the generic tight contact structure on \(T(e_{0})\). The isotopy classes of exceptional tight contact structures on \(M(e_{0},r)\) form a finite family whose cardinality depends on \(e_{0}\) and \(r\). If \(e_{0} \leq 0\) then there are no exceptional tight contact structures on \(M(e_{0},r)\). If \(e_{0} \geq 2\) then all exceptional tight contact structures on \(M(e_{0},r)\) are obtained by Legendrian surgery on the exceptional tight contact structure on \(T(e_{0})\). The exceptional tight contact structures on \(M(1,r)\) have no tight analogue on \(T(1)\).
