This paper analyzes a certain multi-server Markovian queueing system with heterogeneous servers and uninformed customers. Applying the assumptions that the customers were uninformed and they choose randomly among all available servers, the reversibility of the system is established and the balance equations are solved. Amongst other things, the structure of the slow server problem for uninformed customers is studied.
