The goal of this paper is to analyze the issue of existence for a model of the 2D motion of an incompressible viscous fluid in a domain with moving boundaries governed by the Navier-Stokes equations with slip boundary conditions admitting flows across the boundary. The subject is connected to problems for the Navier-Stokes equations with nonhomogeneous boundary data.
