A one-step iteration method is presented for initial value problems, based on the solution of the autonomous linear systems. Considering, that the solutions of the autonomous linear systems, are determined through the spectrum of eigenvalues of the matrix of coefficients of the system, the proposed method uses the eigenvalues of the matrix \(A(x)\). The uniform convergence to the exact solution is demonstrated and the local error is determined.
