The functional limit theorem for the super-Brownian motion with immigration and their occupation time are proved. Depending on dimension, different limiting processes are obtained. The results are obtained using the investigation of the asymptotic of the Laplace transform of the integrals from the corresponding random measures, which satisfy known integral equations.
