In this paper, the authors study the commutator generalized by a multiplier and a Lipschitz function. Under some assumptions, they establish the boundedness properties of it from \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\) into \(\dot{F}_{p}^{\beta,\infty}(\mathbb R^n)\), the Triebel-Lizorkin space. It should be remarked that the corresponding known result requires the operator \(T\) to be a Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operator with smooth homogeneous kernel, under such condition that \(T\) is a multiplier. On the other hand, if a multiplier is homogeneous of degree \(0\), the associated multiplier operator is a Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operator. In this paper, the homogeneity property of a multiplier is not needed.
