It is wellknown that for infinite dimensional spaces the Lebesgue measure does not exist and that Liouville's theorem states the invariance of the Lebesgue measure under the dynamical motion of an incompressible finite dimensional system of ordinary differential equations. In spite of these facts in the presented statistical model the author uses for a system of infinitely many degrees of freedom Liouville's theorem to define a canonical distribution density (with respect to the non existing Lebesgue measure), with the invariants of the ideal, three-dimensional, incompressible, cylindrically bounded, current bearing magnetofluid. He is able to calculate expectation values which fit to experimental situations.
