    Im Anschluß an frühere Untersuchungen verschiedener Autoren wird ein Modell für ein Räuber-Beute-System entwickelt, in dem die Räuber die Eier (oder Jungen) der Beutepopulation fressen. Dabei wird die Beutepopulation als altersstrukturiert und zeitabängig mit alters- und zeitabhängiger Form der Fruchtbarkeitsrate vorausgesetzt, während die (altersunabhängige) Beutepopulation einer Lotka-Volterra- Differentialgleichung unterworfen wird. Die Gleichgewichtspunkte des sich aus diesen Annahmen ergebenden Systems von Integro-Differentialgleichungen werden untersucht und es wird gezeigt, daß unter entsprechenden Voraussetzungen über die auftretenden Konstanten ein asymptotisch stabiler Gleichgewichtspunkt existiert, das heißt, daß die beiden Arten koexistieren können.
