    Bezeichne G eine zusammenhängende reduktive algebraische Gruppe über \({\mathbb{C}}\), T ihren maximalen Torus, \({\mathfrak g}\) bzw. \({\mathfrak t}\) deren Liealgebren. Sei \(O_ X\) die G-Bahn durch \(x\in {\mathfrak g}\) unter der adjungierten Operation von G auf \({\mathfrak g}\). Dann operiert die Weylgruppe W von (G,T) auf dem Koordinatenring \({\mathbb{C}}[{\mathfrak t}\cap \bar O_ x]\) des schematheoretischen Schnitts von \({\mathfrak t}\) und dem Zariskiabschluß \(\bar O_ x\) von \(O_ x\). - Kostant, Kraft, DeConcini und Procesi betrachteten das Problem, \({\mathbb{C}}[{\mathfrak t}\cap \bar O_ x]\) als einen W-Modul für jede nilpotente Bahn \(O_ x\) in \({\mathfrak g}\) zu beschreiben, und zwar untersuchte Kostant den Fall eines regulären nilpotenten x, DeConcini-Procesi behandelten den Fall \(G=GL(n,{\mathbb{C}})\) und schlugen dabei ein Erzeugendensystem des definierenden Ideals von \(\bar O_ x\) vor. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird zunächst ein anderes Erzeugendensystem angegeben und gezeigt, daß die Beweise von DeConcini-Procesi damit etwas vereinfacht werden können. Weiter wird für eine nilpotente Bahn eines gewissen Typs in \({\mathfrak g}=sp(2n,{\mathbb{C}})\) ein analoges Ergebnis erzielt.
