The well known algorithms for inverting Toeplitz and block Toeplitz matrices in \(O(n^ 2)\) operations are extended to a type of matrix called conjugate-Toeplitz and block conjugate-Toeplitz. Unlike Toeplitz matrices, which are used extensively in signal processing among other instances, the conjugate-Toeplitz matrices are still awaiting their application.
