    [Für Teil I siehe ibid. 59, 21-23 (1983; Zbl 0525.13008).] R sei ein Integritätsbereich mit dem Quotientenkörper K. Für ein Polynom \(f\in R[X]\) bzeichne c(f) den Inhalt von f, d. h. das durch die Koeffizienten von f erzeugte Ideal von R. Die Polynome f, für die \(\{\) \(a\in K| a c(F)\subseteq R\}=R\) gilt, bilden eine multiplikativ abgeschlossene Teilmenge U von R[X]. Ferner sei \({\mathcal P}\) die Menge derjenigen Primideale in R, die für geeignete Elemente a und b aus R minimal über (a:b) sind. Verf. gibt eine negative Antwort auf eine Frage von \textit{J. A. Huckaba} und \textit{I. J. Papick} [Can. J. Math. 33, 103-115 (1981; Zbl 0466.13008)], indem ein Integritätsbereich R so konstruiert wird, daß \(R_ p\) für jedes \(P\in {\mathcal P}\) ein Bewertungsring ist, während \(R[X]_ U\) kein Prüferscher Ring ist.
