    The necessary conditions \(\lambda \equiv 0(mod 2),\) \(\lambda \nu (\nu - 1)\equiv 0(mod 24)\) have been shown to be sufficient for the existence of Bhaskar Rao designs with one association class and block size 3. Some methods of constructions have been given for these designs.
