The purpose of this paper is to investigate asymptotic relationships between the solutions of the systems \(\dot x=f(t,x,\psi (\tau,\epsilon),\epsilon)\) and (1) \(\dot y=f(t,y,\psi (t,\epsilon),\epsilon)+g(t,y,\epsilon)\) and also the systems (1) and \(\dot x=f(t,x,\lambda^*,\epsilon)\). Here \(f=f(t,x,\lambda,\epsilon)\), \(\psi\) (t,\(\epsilon)\) and also the Jacobian matrices \(f_ x\), \(f_{\lambda}\) are continuous functions and \(\lambda^*(\epsilon)=\lim_{t\to \infty}\psi (t,\epsilon)\).
