[For part I see Am. J. Math. 106, 593-609 (1984; Zbl 0548.30003).] Let E be a compact subset of the disc \(\Delta =\{z:\) \(| z| <1\}\) and let \(\mu\) be a positive measure on E. We prove for certain Hilbert spaces \({\mathcal H}\) of holomorphic functions on \(\Delta\) that sampling the values of the functions in \({\mathcal H}\) provides optimal information about them in \(L^ 2(E;\mu)\).
