The problem is to design a feedback control of the form \(u(t)=F_ 0+\int^{0}_{-h}F_ 1(s)\dot x(t+s)ds\) for which the output \(z(t)=D_ 0x(t)\) of the retarded system \(\dot x(t)=A_ 0x(t)+\int^{0}_{-h}A_ 1(s)x(t+s)ds+B_ 0u(t)+E_ 0d(t)\) is independent of the disturbance d(t). The authors give effective conditions for the solvability of the problem.
