Let M be a smooth CR-manifold of real dimension 2n-1 and CR-dimension n- 1, where \(n\geq 2\). Suppose M is locally CR-embeddable into a complex manifold and its Levi form is non-vanishing at each point. In these conditions, the author proves that M is globally CR-embeddable into an n- dimensional complex manifold with boundary. If in particular, the Levi form has eigenvalues of opposite signs at each point of M, then M embeds into a complex manifold without boundary.
