Verff. verwenden das kosmologische Standardmodell und untersuchen die Verhältnisse in der Nähe der Anfangssingularität, indem sie ein Teilchen betrachten, das mit großer Geschwindigkeit (relativ zu einem Fundamentalbeobachter) in der Zukunft in die Singularität fällt. Es wird gezeigt, daß die Singularitäten im Ricci-Tensor für schnellbewegte und für Fundamentalbeobachter von gleicher Stärke sind und daß auf schnellbewegte Körper anisotrope Gezeitenkräfte wirken.
