This paper is devoted to odd order groups satisfying the conditions given in the title. In Section 2 the author gives an example of such a group G having \(\Omega_ 1(G)<Z(G)\) and \(G^ p<G'\), disproving a conjecture of equality in the second case. In Section 3 it is shown that Aut G mod the central automorphisms is an abelian group of odd order when G is a titular group. In Section 4 the endomorphisms of the titular groups are described in terms of the automorphisms of the indecomposable ones, and Section 5 contains two examples which have non-central automorphisms.
