The paper contains an explicit expression for the soliton solution of the equation (*) \(U'-\dot V+[U,V]=0\) in the case of dependence of matrices U and V on the spectral parameter \(\lambda\). Here the equation (*) expresses the self-consistency conditions for a linear system connected with the algebra \(sl(2,R)\). Illustrative examples are included.
