We make the following remarks. Every boundary set in the Hilbert cube can be reimbedded as a dense \(\sigma\) Z-set whose complement is not \(\ell^ 2\). There exist spaces that can be imbedded as a boundary set in more than one way. We also give a necessary condition for a space to be imbeddable as a boundary set.
