The authors have undertaken for many years to evaluate explicitly matrix elements of unitary representations of Lie groups. Here the matrix elements of unitary irreducible representations of \(SO(n+1)\), and \(SO_ 0(n+1,1)\) in an SO(n) basis are explicitly calculated.
