    Seien \(S\subset {\mathbb{R}}^ d\) eine nichtleere Punktmenge, \(\bar S\) der Abschluß von S, \(x\in \bar S\) und \(y\in S\). Dann heißt x von y aus ''klar sichtbar'', wenn eine Umgebung N von x derart existiert, daß die Strecke [y,z] in S liegt für jeden Punkt \(z\in S\cap N\). Mit Hilfe des Begriffs ''klar sichtbar'' lautet das zentrale Resultat (Satz 1) dieser Arbeit: Ist eine nichtleere Menge \(S\subset R^ 2\) mit konvexem und beschränktem Abschluß \(\bar S\) so beschaffen, daß sich jeder 9- punktigen Teilmenge \(T\subset \bar S\) zwei (von T abhängige) Punkte \(p_ 1\), \(p_ 2\) so zuordnen lassen, daß aus mindestens einem dieser Punkte jeder Punkt von T ''klar sichtbar'' ist, dann ist S die Vereinigung von zwei Sternmengen. Der mit elementaren Methoden geführte Beweis dieses Satzes vom Krasnoselskij-Typ erfordert zahlreiche Fallunterscheidungen. Die Krasnoselskij-Zahl \(9=| T|\) ist bestmöglich. Satz 2 und Korollar 2 enthalten verwandte Resultate mit bestmöglicher Krasnoselskij-Zahl 6.
