Using the known translations of \(T_ 0\)-topology, \(T_ 1\)-topology and Hausdorff-topology in terms of the closeness-relation in nonstandard analysis the note gives an extremely short proof for the following facts: 1) Any compatible \(T_ 0\)-topology on an algebra A in an n-permutable variety is in fact \(T_ 1\). 2) Any compatible \(T_ 0\)-topology on an algebra A in a 3-permutable variety is in fact Hausdorff.
