This interesting paper deals with fuzzy topologies where the fuzzy sets take values in a complete Boolean algebra and where the definition of fuzzy topologies follows the constant-requirement of the reviewer [ibid. 56, 621-633 (1976; Zbl 0342.54003)]. A well-founded theory is presented of algebraic structures endowed with such fuzzy topologies in a compatible way. Especially the completion of fuzzy topological groups and applications to spaces of abstract valued almost everywhere defined random variables is presented.
