In this paper, the authors consider Hill's equations on \({\mathbb{C}}\) having coefficients of period \(2\pi\) and having the property that their projections to the complex cylinder \(M={\mathbb{C}}/(z\mapsto z+2n\pi\) for all \(n\in {\mathbb{Z}})\) are in the Fuchsian class on M. The monodromy groups on M of general classes of such equations are determined. In particular, the abstract groups realized as monodromy groups for these classes of equations are \(C_{\ell}\), \((\times^{n}_{i=1}C_{\infty})\times C_{\ell}\) for all \(\ell \in {\mathbb{Z}}^+\cup \{+\infty \}\), \(n\in {\mathbb{Z}}^+\) and \(Z_ 2\)-extensions of these groups as well as other 2- generator groups with relators determined by prime ideals of polynomials having roots which are parameters in the corresponding Hill's equations.
