The author considers a hyperspin manifold \(S_ N\) constructed from N component hyperspinors as an alternate formalism for higher dimensional Kaluza-Klein field theories. He derives a hyper-Christoffel formula which connects the chronometric and the connection in the case when the former is covariantly constant and the latter is torsion-free. This permits the chronometric to be employed as the sole dynamical variable, and the properties of extremals and self-parallel curves are investigated.
