Here it is proved that \((1,2,3,4,...,2m-3,2m-2,2m-1,2m,2m+2,2m+4,...,2n)\) and \((1,2,3,4,...,2m-3,2m-2,2m-1,2m,2m+1,2m+3,2m+5,...,2n+1)\) with \(n\leq 2m\) are exactly the possible Weierstraß gap sequences for an ordinary ramification point of a trigonal covering \(f: C\to {\mathbb{P}}^ 1.\)
