    The Lie-Poisson Hamiltonian structure is derived for a relativistic neutral electromagnetic fluid in a magnetic field. The relevant constants of motion are identified and used in the treatment of equilibrium solutions and their stability properties in both cases of the relativistic electromagnetic and the relativistic MHD fluids.
