This work extends the analysis of jump conditions across singular surfaces for fields having step function discontinuities, to the case when the surfaces carry concentrated fields. Specifically, the case is considered in which the surfaces carry multilayers and deform as they propagate. The analysis is developed to the point at which expressions are derived for the first and second derivatives for these multilayers.
