By using the B-net method, the author constructs an interpolating scheme over triangles whose vertices are arbitrary spaced data. The interpolating scheme is a \(C^ 2\) nonic piecewise polynomial and has seventh degree polynomial precision. Algorithms of derivating the interpolating scheme for both uncondensed and condensed schemes are presented. The author also gives an example and pictures of this kind of interpolating scheme. At last, several interpolating schemes are compared.
