We prove a generalization of the classical Fabry gap theorem for power series. Let \[ f(z)=\sum^{\infty}_{j=1}a_ j(z)e^{ib_ jz} \] be holomorphic in an open cone K, \(a_ j\) polynomials. Assume \(\mu *f=0\) for some analytic functional \(\mu\). (This is the equivalent of the gap condition). Then, if f has an analytic continuation to a neighborhood of the vertex of K, it follows that f has an analytic continuation to a cone K', K' obtained from K by translation, and \(\bar K\subseteq K'.\) This theorem generalizes the ``finite density'' case of Fabry gap theorems in the theory of Dirichlet series (cf. V. Berenstein's treatise). In the manuscript ``Dirichlet series and convolution equations'' we study the ``infinite density'' case. [We correct two errata: Page 571, line 3, where it says:...which lie on the normals, it should say between the normals. Page 573, line 4, where it says:...it satisfied for a countable..., it should say: is satisfied except for a countable....]
