The theory of sheaf representation for ringed spaces is extended in this paper to the case of graded rings. This provides some interesting applications in the theory of manifolds. The main result of the paper describes a sheaf representation for any graded manifold, which yields a full embedding of the category of graded manifolds in the category of \({\mathbb{Z}}_ 2\)-locally ringed spaces.
