[Continuation from the previous review.] In this second paper, as an application, one gives the sketch of a proof for the existence of local-moduli for strictly pseudoconvex spaces and coherent sheaves on such spaces. Detailed proofs are given in the book written by the author with \textit{S. Kosarew} [``Lokale Modulräume in der analytischen Geometrie'' (1987)].
